A draft sustainability statement marked up for review before submission

Before it goes out, let's check it holds up

A second, careful look at your statement or questionnaire response, claim by claim.

The promise

You will receive a marked-up copy of your document within two weeks, with each claim checked against what the underlying records can actually support, and honest wording proposed wherever a claim runs ahead of the evidence.

The problem

A statement drafted internally can drift, sometimes without anyone noticing, into language stronger than the underlying data supports, or into comparisons across years that used different boundaries. Once a document is submitted, correcting it is harder than checking it first.

The solution

We read the document alongside the records it draws on, checking each claim individually. Where a record supports the claim, we leave it. Where it does not, or where the comparison across years is inconsistent, we mark it and propose wording that is accurate without overstating anything.

The experience

You send the draft document along with the records it references. We return a marked copy noting exactly where wording needs adjustment and why, along with a short note on what evidence to keep on file in case a claim is questioned later.

The investment

This review is priced at ¥19,000 for one document set, returned within two weeks.

The proof

Every note in the marked copy points to a specific record or its absence. Where we cannot find support for a claim, we say so plainly rather than leaving the wording ambiguous. That is the standard the review holds itself to.

The commitment

If your document turns out to need more than a review — for example, an emissions figure that was never calculated — we will tell you plainly rather than reviewing around the gap.

Next steps

Send us the draft document and a note on what it is being submitted for, and we will confirm turnaround before starting.
