Find out what you can already say

Before deciding what to build, it helps to know what already exists. This assessment maps your current position.

The promise

At the end of three weeks, you will know what non-financial information your company can produce today, where the underlying records sit, and what it would take to go further if a customer or regulator asks for more. Many companies find they have more to work with than they expected.

The problem

A supplier questionnaire arrives, or a listing requirement mentions non-financial disclosure, and it is not clear where to begin. Records may be scattered across finance, facilities, and HR, with no one person holding the full picture. It is a common position, and not a sign that anything has been done wrong.

The solution

We work through five disclosure areas — energy and emissions, waste and materials, workforce composition, supply chain conditions, and governance — and check what evidence already exists for each. Rather than proposing a program from scratch, we identify which figures are already sitting in your utility bills, payroll files, and contractor statements, and where the gaps genuinely are.

The experience

We begin with a short conversation to understand what prompted the request, then request access to the relevant records. Most of the work happens on our side; your team's time is mainly spent pointing us to where things are kept. We check in partway through with early findings, so nothing in the final report is a surprise.

The investment

This assessment is priced at ¥28,000 and scoped for three weeks. The price covers the full review across all five disclosure areas, not a partial look.

The proof

Progress is tracked against the five disclosure areas listed in our ring index, so you can see which have been reviewed and which remain. The data source sheet itself becomes a working reference your team can return to when the next request comes in.

The commitment

If the initial conversation suggests this assessment is not the right fit for your situation, we will say so before any work begins, and suggest which service would serve you better instead.

Next steps

Send a short note about what prompted your interest, and we will confirm scope and timing before anything begins.
